This absinthe is produced in the best distillery in the Czech Republic: Hill's Liguere (liqueur). Since 1920, Hill's has been the largest Czech producer of absinthes and liqueurs. It is therefore a superior quality reference in its field 💪.

Tasting of Hill’s Absinth Verte Euphoria

If the production of this bottle of green absinthe is limited to 400 bottles per year, it is because its distillation process is more complex than for conventional bottles. This absinthe is obtained thanks to a bouquet of fine herbs selected by hand 🌿. During the distillation process, more than 15 herbs are used in addition to the 3 classic ingredients, namely: grande wormwood, anise and fennel 🍃. Inspired by the recipes of yesteryear, this absinthe vintage offers an intense and fresh taste with sweet and bitter notes, a very aromatic fragrance and a delicate aftertaste.

To consume Green Hill's Absinth, you can drink it pure or with water, as you would with a pastis or a ricard. You can also use the traditional French method 🙌. This method consists of placing a sugar in the center of a pierced spoon, then positioning the spoon on the edges of a glass containing a measure of absinthe. Then, pour cold water over the sugar to dissolve it. Some prefer the bohemian method of burning the sugar to add a caramelized touch. Once the sugar has dissolved, you can enjoy your glass of absinthe and take full advantage of its aromatic richness 🍃.
