The principle is simple: the more you buy from 321CBD, the more points you earn, which turn into discount vouchers for your next purchases! You have everything to gain by ordering from 321CBD.

How the 321CBD loyalty program works
For every €10 spent (excl. tax), you earn €1 in your loyalty account. This represents a 10% discount on the total amount (incl. tax) of your order.
For example, if you confirm a €50 order (incl. tax), you earn a €5 discount on your next order. That’s 10% of your order.
Loyalty discounts may be subject to restrictions during short specific periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, sales, or other exceptional promotions. They will be reactivated after the promotional periods.
In the event of an order cancellation, rewards are also cancelled.
How to view my pending loyalty rewards?
To view your loyalty rewards earned at 321CBD, it’s simple: log in to your personal account then:
- Click your name in the top right to access your account
- Click the "MY REWARDS" section
How to use my discount vouchers?
To use the euros earned through your orders, you need to transform them. Don’t worry, if you forget, they will be automatically converted into discount vouchers after 90 days so you can enjoy them!
When you are on the "MY REWARDS" page, you must click the button that allows you to transform your rewards into a discount voucher.
Once transformed, your discount voucher will appear in the "DISCOUNT VOUCHERS" section. You then have 365 days to use it.
CBD Referral Program: Share the Well-Being
A referral program is also in place at the 321CBD shop. The more you recommend us, the more you save!
REFERRER: Refer your friends and receive 5% lifetime cashback on all your referral’s orders (net amount, excluding shipping). The cashback amount is cumulative and is available in your customer area under the "My Rewards" section. To become a referrer, you must have placed at least 1 order on the site.
REFERRAL: Upon registration, your friend will also receive a €10 discount voucher by email, usable immediately (for orders of €30 minimum).
