  • 200 g of fine durum wheat semolina or pearl couscous;

  • 2 fresh tomatoes, diced;

  • ½ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped (about ½ cup when chopped);

  • 4 to 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;

  • The juice of 2 fresh lemons;

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste;

  • 4 to 8 drops of CBD oil (adjust according to the concentration of your CBD oil and your experience with CBD).
